A day in the life.
As our Information Technology & Operations Assistant on the IT team, you’ll be responsible for the following:
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- Respond to employee requests for computer-related assistance via phone and email and sees the issue through to resolution in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in time tracking systems, ticket management systems, asset tracking systems, and monthly status and metrics report repositories
- Manage printers, copiers and Multi Function Printer(MFP) devices: deploy, replace toner, add and delete users, clear jams, and perform maintenance
- Help keep all IT related documentation up to date: IT Related Maps, training documents, inventories, etc..
- Tier 1 Applied Epic support
- Troubleshoot company related Software and SaaS applications
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Setup and manage access to various company related websites
- Setup and train new employees on IT processes
- Onboarding of new colleagues
- Work on special projects for the Operations and IT departments

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- A+ Certifications is a plus
- Help Desk ticketing systems
- Strong understanding of PC hardware, networking devices, mobile device technologies, IP phones, and networking environments are required
- Keycard Access Systems
- MFP (Multifunction Printers/Copiers) Support
- Networked Printers
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Office 365 required
- Knowledge of Windows Server
- Knowledge of IPv4, DHCP, DNS
- Ability to configure and manage WiFi Networks
- Applied Systems Epic, document management system
- MS Office Suite
- College Degree preferred (high school diploma is required)
- 2 years of experience
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Desktop Support person to 50 users in any industry.
- Experience and knowledge of Windows Operating Systems; i.e. Windows 10/11, Microsoft Active Directory
- SharePoint/MS Teams
- TCP/IP - Standard Network Protocols
- Ethernet
- Time Management
- Customer Service

Work environment & physical demands.
- Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as use office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones.
- Required job duties are essentially active and at times physically demanding work consisting of walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 50 lbs. maximum, bending, pushing, pulling, crawling, talking, and hearing.
- Travel may be required outside of the state, occasionally, to perform IT related support.
- Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,300 to $67,800. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
